Unity Stables is a premier

Riding Academy and School of Horsemanship.

With several well-trained lesson horses and more than 100 years of combined equestrian experience among our four instructors, we are proud to help riders deepen their connection to horses—both in and out of the saddle.

We believe that true horsemanship goes beyond riding. Developing a strong understanding of the whole horse—care, management, and behavior—builds better riders, stronger partnerships, and skills that carry over into everyday life. Knowledge creates confidence, responsibility, and growth.

To support this philosophy, we are introducing a goal-oriented, levels-based curriculum within our lesson program. While participation is optional, it is highly encouraged. Each rider works with their instructor to set realistic, personalized goals based on their ability, experience, and interests, and receives guidance and support as they work toward achieving them.

We also recognize that every rider’s journey is unique. Whether your goals include competition or simply riding for enjoyment, we are here to support you. We love finding creative ways to share our passion—through fun days, clinics, special events, and new opportunities to learn and grow.

Above all, we believe riding should be educational, empowering, and FUN.

             UNITY STABLES WAS ESTABLISHED ON APRIL 1, 2004, AND AFTER HAVING SPENT ALMOST 13 WONDERFUL YEARS IN MONTROSE, PA (JUST SOUTH OF THE NY/PA BORDER)  WE WERE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE THE RENOWNED SOUTHWIND STABLES!  WE MOVED INTO THE CURRENT FARM ON AUGUST 17, 2016.

     Hello and Welcome to the web home of Unity Stables.  We are a family friendly and affordable facility, offering you the best of care for your equine friends. 

     We offer Boarding, Lessons, Training (on a limited basis) and Sales. Our family of clientele consists of riders of all ages.  Whether you ride for pleasure, or on a competetive level, we can offer you our services to accomodate most every need. 

     We are not home to any one exclusive breed or type of riding. 

    

Our stable comfortably accomodates a variety of horses and riders that enjoy both english and western styles of riding.
